To qualify, your child must meet the age requirements listed below for the program you wish to enroll them in:
- Three-Year-Old Program: 34 months old by start date; potty trained*
- Four-Year-Old Program: 4 by December 1, 2025
*Children enrolled in 3's tuition program must be toilet trained and primarily independent in the bathroom; our staff will coach children in the bathroom, but will not be able to change diapers.

Note: The MiECC application through the Help Me Grow Link will require you to upload income documentation (1040 form for 2023) as a qualification for PreK for All. Make sure all social security numbers are blacked out.
